Doctor of Medicine
MD or Doctor of Medicine is 3-year post graduate course in general medicine Surgery leading to the award of Doctor of Medicine from any MD Colleges in Karnataka. Generally the course is non- surgical but there are some branches where surgery can be performed. MBBS graduates who completes MD course becomes a physician whereas graduates who MS course becomes a surgeon.
